These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the www.helioscents.com website (the "Service") operated by Helio Scents Inc. ("Helio," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility
This Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use or register for the Service.

Modifications
We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Purchases
You agree that:

• You have legal authorization to use your payment method.

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including errors, fraud, or unauthorized use. All completed orders are non-refundable except as described in our Return Policy.

Returns and Exchanges
Sniffing Sets and full-size bottles purchased with a promotional code may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused. For full-size bottles purchased without a code, you may try the sample vial and return the unopened bottle within 14 days. Product Accuracy and Availability
Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee accuracy and reserve the right to correct errors.

Promotions
Promotions may have additional rules. If there is a conflict, the promotion rules take precedence.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not use another person’s name or violate any trademark in your username.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the Service is owned by Helio Scents Inc. and protected by law. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. No license is granted for our trademarks or copyrighted material.

Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites linked from our Service.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Your obligations under these Terms continue after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain warranties or liabilities, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Vancouver, BC courts.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Before pursuing arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 60 days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Vancouver under BCICAC rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of becoming subject to this clause by emailing legal@helioscents.com. Class and representative actions are not permitted.
